Rick Nelson released on Decca Records, I Got A Woman, a Ray Charles composition in 1962 with the B side, You Don't Love Me Anymore (And I Can Tell). This was just one of many singles released by Nelson in 1962 and this one made it to number 50 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Nelson was born in 1940 in New Jersey. At the age of 21 he changed his stage name from Ricky to Rick Nelson.

Nelson attended Gardner Street Public School, Bancroft Junior High,  and, between 1954 and 1958 he attended Hollywood High School, from which he graduated with a B average. He played football on the High School team and represented them in interscholastic tennis matches. About 25 years later Nelson told the Los Angeles Weekly that he hated school because it "smelled of pencils" and he was forced to get up early in the morning.

Ozzie Nelson, Ricky's father was a Rutgers alumni and set on a college education, but eighteen year old Ricky was already in the 93 percent income-tax bracket and saw no reason to attend. At age thirteen, Ricky was making over $100,000 per annum, and at sixteen he had a personal fortune of $500,000. Nelson's wealth was astutely managed by his parents, who channeled his earnings into trust funds. Although his parents permitted him a $50 allowance at the age of eighteen, Rick was often strapped for cash and one evening actually collected and redeemed empty pop bottles to gain entrance to a movie theater for himself and a date.

This 45 sounds good and is in good condition.
