This is a single released in 1973 by Paul Williams on A&M Records. The A side was written by Paul Williams and Inspiration the B side was written by Paul Williams and K. Ascher.
Paul Hamilton Williams Jr. was born September 19, 1940 and is a singer, songwriter, actor and composer. He is know for writing hit songs that were performed by some notable acts: An Old Fashioned Love Song  and Out In The Country he wrote for Three Dog Night, for Helen Reddy he wrote You and Me Against the World. For David Bowie he wrote Fill Your Heart and for the Carpenters it was We've Only Just Begun and Rainy Days and Mondays. Some of the other accomplishments he credited for are his contributions to films such as the academy award nominated song Rainbow Connection from The Muppet Movie and the number 1 song Evergreen, the love theme from the Barbara Streisand film A Star Is Born. He also wrote the lyrics to the opening theme for  the television show The Love Boat.  
You may remember him from a number of great films. He was Little Enos Burdette in Smokey and The Bandit and many others. The man is a real talent. 
This record is in very good condition it does have a small initial on both sides of the label.
