1973 was the year that R.E.O. Speedwagon release Open Up as a 45 on Epic Label. This 45 has the same song on both sides because this is a radio station copy with one side stereo and one mono. This record was produced by Bill Halverson for Jordan Productions.
REO Speedwagon is a rock band from Champaign, Illinois. It was 1967 when they became a band. Their following grew steadily and during the 1970's they achieved significant commercial success continuing through the 1980's.

This record is in very good condition. The mono side of the label has some radio station production notes regarding year and timing. The Stereo side is clear.
