This was single released in 1967 by The Spencer Davis Group on United Artist Records #UA 50202.
The Spencer Davis Group were a British rock band formed in Birmingham in 1963, by Spencer Davis (guitar), brothers Steve Winwood (keyboards, guitar) and Muff Winwood (bass guitar), and Pete York (drums). Their best know songs were Somebody Help Me and Keep On Running each scoring number one in the UK. I'm a Man and Gimme Some Lovin which each reached number 2 in the UK and 7 in the US.
Steve Winwood left in 1967 to form Traffic. After releasing a few more singles, the band ceased to be active in 1968. Davis put the group back together on two more occassions without the Winwood brothers. In 1973 for two more albums and again in 2006, since then they were a touring act with a excellent following although in October of 2020 Davis passed away and that put an end to the group.
This record is in near mint condition. It has a picture sleeve in very good condition.
