When they recorded this James Taylor was signed to Warner Brothers Records and appeared on this record with Carly at the courtesy of Warner Brothers.
This great song was written by Inez and Charlie Fox and when recorded by Carly and James it went to number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
This record sound good, it shows some wear and has timing marks from being used on the air in radio.
