Fleetwood Mac a British-American rock band, that was formed in London in 1967.They have sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making them one of the world's top selling bands.
Fleetwood Mac was founded by guitarist Peter Green, drummer Mick Fleetwood, guitarist Jeremy Spencer and Bass player John McVie. Then others joined including Danny Kirwan as an additional guitar player, then Christine Perfect joined on key boards. Perfect later married McVie and joined the group full time. At this time they were primarily a British Blues Band. Changes in personnel were happening leading to Fleetwood to scout studios in Los Angeles for the right combination. He found a fold rock duo Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks. It was not long and Fleetwood Mac asked Buckingham to be their new lead guitarist, he agreed only if Nicks would also join the band. This happened and because of it the band developed more of a pop rock sound. Their 1975 self-titled album, Fleetwood Mack reached number 1 in the US and Rumours the 1977 release which was their second album after the the arrival of Buckingham and Nicks, it produced four top ten singles and remained at number one on the American albums chart for 31 weeks.
