In 1978 Heart released this album on Portrait label. Dog & Butterfly has the following songs on it: Cook With Fire; High Time; Hijinx; Straight On; Dog & Butterfly; Lighter Touch; Nada One and Mistral Wind.
This album is in very good condition. The cover shows very little shelf wear.
Heart is an American rock band from Seattle, Washington that found its first real success in Canada, then the United States and of course the World. Over the group's five-decade history, it has had three primary lineups, with the constant center of the group since 1973 being sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson. Heart rose to fame in the mid-1970's with sound that had its roots in hard rock and heavy metal with just a some folk music added. Their popularity declined in the early 1980s, but in 1985, the band launched a successful comeback which saw them experience greater success with album oriented rock hits and hard rock ballads.
At this point Heart has sold over 35 million records worldwide, including over 22.5 million in album sales in the U.S. They have had top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 in the 1970's, 80's, 90's and 2010's. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
