Nicolette Larson was born in Montana in 1952. Larson was a good pop singer and was probably best known for her music in the late 1970's with Neil Young and then her 1978 hit with a song written by Young, "Lotta Love" that song hit number 1 on the Adult Contemporary Tracks chart and number 8 on the Pop Singles chart.
As the years went on her focus was changing to country music where she charted six times on the Country Singles chart. She did a duet with Steve Wariner that broke into the Country Top 40.
